Class Timetable
We have a fantastic range of classes for members to participate in, details of each class are below:
Fit & Functional
A class that focuses on movement on the internal and external core muscle, will improve coordination, balance, properception, and posture.
 
Stretch & Flex
A class that is set to increase elasticity in tight muscles and improve power and range of movement through the body’s joints.
 
Aqua
A water based exercise programme that improves muscle tone and core strength, also a great low impact exercise class that is great for rehabilitation from injury or for people with mobility issues.
 
Resistance Circuits
A gym based class that is taken by a fitness instructor on the resistance equipment in a circuit based format, improves cardio vascular fitness and body fat reduction.
 
Cardio Circuit
A gym based class to improve Anaerobic and Aerobic levels of fitness for all. Levels can be adapted for the individual’s needs.
 
Boxing Fit
A fantastic new way to group train, come to Box Fit at Heythrop to achieve lower levels of stress, also decrease body fat and increase levels of fitness.
 
Indoor cycling
Come try our indoor cycling classes here at the club and see if you can become fit enough to be the next "Tour de France” winner.
